How do I convert images to PDF?
Add your images, arrange their page order, choose simple page options, and select Create PDF. Each image becomes one page.
Can I combine multiple images into one PDF?

Can I change the image order first?

What page size should I choose?
Auto fits each page to its image. A4 and US Letter are useful for printing and documents with consistent paper dimensions.
What's the difference between Fit and Fill?
Fit displays the complete image and may leave white space. Fill covers the available page while preserving proportions, so edges may be cropped.
Can I convert JPG, PNG, or WebP to PDF?
Yes. JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP are decoded locally and placed into a standards-compatible PDF.
What happens to transparent images?
Transparent PNG and WebP areas are rendered on a white page background, avoiding unexpected black areas.
Does converting reduce image quality?
Images may be re-encoded to create a compatible PDF and handle orientation. Sensible high-quality settings are used. For smaller source files, try the Image Compressor first.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Images and the generated PDF are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to a Web MultiTools conversion server.
Can I create a PDF from phone photos?
Yes after they are in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. Browser decoding respects photo orientation where supported. For HEIC photos, use HEIC to JPG first.
